Meet the Team

James has been perfecting his brewing recipes for Fable Brewing Co. since 2020. Having spent 20 years working in every aspect of the culinary industry as general manager at several dining establishments, including managing personnel and the P&L, he is thrilled to now be in Fable’s story. James is a proud veteran of The United States Air Force, a semi-professional musician, and resident of Burlington, MA. 

Oscar is an organic chemist and pharmaceutical executive experienced in business operations and leading insights & analytics teams.

A passionate home brewer, Oscar obtained an Intensive Craft Brewing Science and Engineering Program diploma from American Brewers Guild; he has several years of experience in a commercial brewery on different systems, with volume capacities up to 15 BBL brewhouse.

Asheen, our Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer, is an ESG and sustainability professional specializing in carbon accounting. He has started several companies ranging from pharmaceutical manufacturing to fashion. 

Asheen holds a BS in chemical engineering from Cornell University and MBA from Babson College. Asheen is into food, travel, fashion, languages, and running, and is a devoted dad.

Barbara Martinez is a chemical engineer-turned collaborative innovation enthusiast. She works in strategy, innovation, and technology by day. By night, she dabbles in community organizing, politics, and opportunities to make good trouble - all of which she encourages in her teenage children.

She is fluent in English, Spanish, and geek-culture.

Rachel is a creative and dedicated web developer with experience in SEO optimization, web accessibility improvements, and blog management.

She holds a BA in English Literature, and is currently pursuing an MS in Computer Science at Merrimack College. In her spare time, she enjoys reading horror and knitting.
